starting with the furniture to kitchen utensils and the
control of the
supply and installation.

Re-registration or registration of
electricity and water meters.

Completion of insurance and
automatic informing about the running times and automatic
renewal of it.

Notification about possible damage
of insurance, and correspondence and completion of
formalities,
including settlement of claims.
»
Assistance in applying for and
obtaining the residence permit (if desired).
»
Regular (minimum once a month)
control and observation of the object.
»
Immediate notification of any
damage and its reparation after consultation with the owner.

Payment of current bills, such as
electricity, water, taxes and if existing - phone.

Representation of the owner and
his interests at owners' meetings.

Cleaning and Laundry Service.
»
Swimming pool and garden
maintenance.

If required, short or long term
rent of your property, conclusion of the lease and control
of the property
and the inventory during and after the end of the tenancy.

requests for changes or repair.

Airport transfer from / to Antalya
Airport.
The annual fee for the service
standard is 250.00 EUR. According to the conclusion of the
service contract, we establish an administrative account for
you and provide regular income and expenditure overview.
