without worries. To avoid unpleasant surprises before and after the
purchase it is absolutely necessary to undertake an inspection trip.
Prejudices about the country, the inhabitants and purchasing property in
Turkey are caused by hearsay can thus be elucidated. Neither photos,
information brochures or phone calls can replace your own experience at
the place.
An inspection trip certainly isn’t time consuming or expensive, and on
the road to your dream home is absolutely worth it.
We plan, organize and implement your individual inspection trip. It
means that we don’t do group tours! During the trip you will be
accompanied by your mother language- speaking manager, who will gladly
answer all your questions.
Program details:
You've decided to take the next step towards acquiring a holiday
property and would like to visit us and see our wide selection, to
examine and possibly purchase a property.
Flight booking:
In consultation with you at your request we book your flights and
return from the airport you specify.
Hotel Reservation:
For your stay we book a minimum 4-star (country category) hotel,
including breakfast and dinner.
Airport transfer:
Upon arrival at the airport in Antalya, you will be picked and
transferred directly to your hotel.
The order during your stay:

Day 1:
We will pick you up at the hotel and take you to our office, where we
will carry out a general consultation and thus we’ll be able to choosing
the appropriate property. Then we will visit selected objects.

Day 2:
Further or new inspection of the selected objects and ongoing
consultations to clarify your questions.

Day 3:
We discuss and clarify any issues in accordance with the estate. Have
you found during your inspection trip the appropriate property and made
a purchase decision, we will start immediately with the necessary
formalities for this. If there is time left during the stay, we’ll be
happy to help you to find appliances, furniture etc., but if there is no
time left, we will gladly help you during your next visit.
The tour and the view of properties will happen in friendly atmosphere
without the stress and time pressure. There is no obligation to buy a
property and the trip is absolutely non-binding. We hope that you’ll
